FEEDBACK

In July 2009 the Spectrum Centre was happy to open a coffee shop in its premises in Margaret Street, Inverness. Tucked away inside the building it is called The Hidden Gem and has proved very popular with its freshly ground coffee and in house bakery.

As part of the Spectrum Centre the coffee shop is now open longer hours and plays a vital role in the daily life of the Centre and especially the Spectrum Theatre. Not only does it serve the users of the Spectrum but it is also open to the public who can be assured of a warm welcome.

All food is prepared freshly on the premises with home made soup plus a wide variety of sandwiches, baguettes, paninis and baked potatoes all with a range of mouth watering fillings.

As well as providing a relaxed, comfortable ambience The Hidden Gem also caters for children. There is a corner specially set aside with toys, papers, crayons, etc. to entertain them thus allowing parents to enjoy their time in the coffee shop while keeping an eye on their youngsters in the Kiddies Corner.
